My Mission

With a passion for accountability and a proven track record in employment and labor law, I founded S.E.E. Advocacy LLC to help individuals navigate workplace mistreatment with confidence and clarity. As an Employer Accountability Partner, Management Coach, and Mentor, I bring over a decade of lived experience and professional insight into issues like wrongful termination, disability discrimination, and workplace injustice. My personal experiences with inequity, discrimination, and workplace injustice lit a fire inside me to help others who cannot help themselves. As a commitment to myself during those times, I promised that if I were ever in a position to help others feel less helpless the way I did, I would do so. From there, SEE Advocacy was created.

My mission is to Strengthen, Empower, and Encourage clients to learn their rights, recognize red flags, and take action to protect themselves. Whether it’s holding employers accountable or guiding clients toward financial and emotional recovery, I am committed to ensuring that no one faces workplace injustice alone.
 
Through S.E.E. Advocacy, I've helped clients reclaim their power, rewrite their outcomes, and rebuild their careers on their terms.
